[Here, only a very preliminary listing is sufficient, since the whole collection will be posted on the web in the frame of a GBIF project, if that is funded –planned for 2004, first decision about funding positive]
Myxomycete Collection
Fructifications of myxomycetes can be stored as herbarium specimens, mounted with a piece of substratum in a small box. The about 10 000 specimens of this collection are in the process of being transferred to the Herbarium Munich (M, Botanische Staatssammlung), a project for a web-searchable data base is under development.
